The Enrollment Process
There is no financial obligation to enter your child’s name onto our Visitor Information Form (link). However, please note that all pertinent requested information must be submitted and updated in order to be considered for an interview / visit.
Once on the registry, families may receive information about upcoming events such as tours and the Annual Open House.
Scheduling an Interview / Visit
Once we receive your complete Visitor Information Form we will contact you to set up a time to visit our school
The Interview / Visit
The interview / visit is the first step in determining enrollment into the program. The interview is what initiates the application process. It is an opportunity for parents to meet with the Director to discuss the child’s needs as well as their expectations. Additionally, the Director will provide further insight into the schools daily routines, activities and program specifics. Interviews are usually held in the mornings.
After meeting with the director and visiting the school, Parents need to fill out the following paper work:

After School Tuition Contract
All required paperwork must be completed and submitted with the applicable deposit before your child can attend school.
Please remember to include your email address in your registration form. We do not take workshop registration over the phone.

You may register for YPW Camps by fax, mail or email.
Print out the registration form to fax, email or mail in your camp registration.
Once they have been processed, confirmation of faxed, emailed or mailed registration forms will be emailed to the email address provided on the form.
